The borrower
The borrower’s loan-interest benefit is normally payable or creditable after that loan is fully settled, unless validly agreed otherwise.
Vision Finance Group is a disciplined member-led platform for continuous saving, responsible borrowing and shared wealth creation. Eligible members may apply for loans within twice their verified savings, while interest received from approved loans creates benefits for the borrower, other members and the VFG Group-owned fund.
A simple member-led cycle: members build savings, approved loans put capital to work, principal returns to the lending pool, and interest creates member and VFG benefits.
The strength of the model is not complexity; it is consistency, accountability and a shared commitment to keeping capital productive.
Member savings fund approved loans. Repayments put the principal back into the lending pool; interest received is shared separately.
Each month, each member adds to their own recorded savings. Together, those savings form the lending pool.
Savings remain attributable to each member.Eligible members apply for a loan for business capital or other lawful needs, subject to approval and available funds.
The ceiling includes existing outstanding principal.Repayment follows the written agreement. Principal is the amount originally lent; it is not income or a shared benefit.
Principal and interest are recorded separately.Repaid principal returns to the pool and can support the next approved member loan.
An ongoing fund, not a routine savings share-out.The cycle continues. Save → borrow → repay → replenish → lend again.
Only interest actually received is allocated.
The borrower’s loan-interest benefit is normally payable or creditable after that loan is fully settled, unless validly agreed otherwise.

We combine the discipline of regular saving with member accountability, access to credit, peer support and a long-term investment mindset.
Member balances are designed to grow over time rather than reset through routine annual share-outs.
Loans are governed by agreed eligibility, affordability, repayment and accountability rules.
Members share practical business and financial experience, helping turn capital into better decisions.
The group is building toward investments and enterprises that can create value beyond individual saving.
From monthly contributions to future enterprise, every step is designed around discipline, transparency and shared responsibility.
