Member-led financial growth since 2017

Build capital.
Use it wisely.
Grow together.

Vision Finance Group is a disciplined member-led platform for continuous saving, responsible borrowing and shared wealth creation. Eligible members may apply for loans within twice their verified savings, while interest received from approved loans creates benefits for the borrower, other members and the VFG Group-owned fund.

A simple member-led cycle: members build savings, approved loans put capital to work, principal returns to the lending pool, and interest creates member and VFG benefits.

The foundation

Simple principles. Serious discipline.

The strength of the model is not complexity; it is consistency, accountability and a shared commitment to keeping capital productive.

How the money moves

Capital in motion.

Member savings fund approved loans. Repayments put the principal back into the lending pool; interest received is shared separately.

  1. 01

    Members save

    MWK 30,000+

Each month, each member adds to their own recorded savings. Together, those savings form the lending pool.

Savings remain attributable to each member.
  2. 02

    Members borrow

    Up to 2× savings

Eligible members apply for a loan for business capital or other lawful needs, subject to approval and available funds.

The ceiling includes existing outstanding principal.
  3. 03

    Members repay

    Principal + interest

Repayment follows the written agreement. Principal is the amount originally lent; it is not income or a shared benefit.

Principal and interest are recorded separately.
  4. 04

    Capital is reused

    Lend again

Repaid principal returns to the pool and can support the next approved member loan.

An ongoing fund, not a routine savings share-out.

The cycle continues. Save → borrow → repay → replenish → lend again.

Where does the interest go?

Only interest actually received is allocated.

The borrower

The borrower’s loan-interest benefit is normally payable or creditable after that loan is fully settled, unless validly agreed otherwise.

Builds separate Group-owned capital for future approved investments and other authorised Group purposes.

50%

All other eligible members

Shared equally among the other eligible individual members. The borrower and the Group-owned fund are excluded from this pool.

15% loan rateThe calculation method and rate period must be approved and recorded in the Lending Policy and loan agreement.

MWK 20,000 processing feePaid through the Group bank account and credited separately to the Group-owned fund—not included in the interest split.

2 calendar months’ graceFrom actual receipt of funds, followed by the applicable repayment period. Monthly savings remain due.
