Website information

This is an informational website with an enquiry form. The form collects your name, email address, enquiry type and message; a telephone number is optional. It is not an online membership-admission system, loan-approval system or payment service.

Enquiry processing

The enquiry form sends the information you enter to Formspree for processing. It is used to handle your request and any necessary follow-up. Please provide only what is needed for a reply; do not submit identity documents, medical records, account passwords, PINs or authentication codes through this form.

Member and applicant information

Information provided through membership forms, loan forms, welfare processes or direct communication may be used for membership administration, financial records, transaction verification, group communication, governance and other legitimate Vision Finance activities.

Access and confidentiality

Financial and personal records should be accessed only by authorised persons who need the information for an approved group function. Members are expected to respect the confidentiality of other members’ information.

Payment security

Vision Finance will never ask a member to disclose a bank PIN, mobile-money PIN, password or one-time authentication code. Members should verify official payment details before transferring funds and retain transaction references until payments are reflected in group records.

Cookies and analytics

This website does not add advertising cookies, analytics or browser storage. Submitting the enquiry form sends information to Formspree. Following WhatsApp or social links takes you to a third-party service. The hosting provider and those services may process technical information under their own notices.
